• A Registered Nurse is the provider
• Hospice and End of Life
• Visiting Primary Care Physician available (House Doctor)
• Two Person Assists and/or Hoyer Lift
• Injection capability and sliding scale insulin
• Accepts Exit Seekers
• Accepts residents that are resistive to care
• Has Awake night shift
• Would consider Respite Care
• Would consider Wound Care
• Would consider residents with MRSA
• Accepts Medicaid

Experienced with:

Parkinson’s, dementia, mental health
Hospice and end-of-life
Respite care
Two person assists and/or Hoyer lift
Special diets and one on one feeding
Incontinence care
Foley catheter management
Oxygen therapy
Managing residents who are resistive to care or exit seekers

Other Services:

Home Doctor visits and M. D. on-call
RN owner / caregiver
Home delivered prescriptions
Individualized exercise programs (gross motor skills)
Daily range of motion
Barbershop in salon services at home
Activities include: 
   Table therapies (hand-eye coordination, cognitive skills, memory stimulation)
    Arts and crafts, news and current the event discussions
    Movie night, game night, music therapy
    Outings to local parks
    Holiday and birthday celebrations with resident’s families
